Yes, all products come with a 30-day warranty. Important: the warranty only covers manufacturing defects, e.g. faulty hinges, workmanship flaws on the frame, or defects in the lenses that were not caused by use. Damage caused by improper use, drops, scratches, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. If your product has a manufacturing defect, simply email us your order number and photos of the defect at info@vourelle.de – we'll take care of a replacement or refund. This voluntary warranty is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory rights regarding defective goods. Full warranty terms apply.
